Innovative, established, high-end accessories company seeks organized, hands-on, production coordinator with previous production experience to help oversee domestic and overseas production.
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1 year of production experience in hats, or 2 years production experience in accessories or ready to wear
• Experience in one of the following categories: wovens, hand-knits, felt/straw hats, fur, hair accessories, belts
• Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-efficient prices and timely delivery of materials
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel a must
• Experience with tech packs, sourcing, and costing. Previous vendor contact list and factory account lists are a plus!
• Strong ability to quality control all merchandise and communicate effectively with domestic factories.
• Previous experience working with overseas factories in product development and/or tech packs a major plus!
• Foreign language skills in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is also a major plus!
